RVi's main office is located blocks from the State Capitol in the heart of downtown Austin, one of the nation's fastest-growing cities.  We know urban environments, how they work, what makes them fun and financially viable, and how to keep them vibrant.

We are constantly working with city stakeholders, architects, developers and non-profit organizations to create places in urban centers that celebrate life.  We believe cities must offer 24-hour livability, opportunities for education, provide easy access to parks and open space, ensure that they are safe and clean, while conserving our resources by making more dense live-work environments highly desirable.
